CLASSES FOR

I work with many different people: those recovering from injuries, women during and after pregnancy, athletes, and anyone who wants to build or rebuild strength, flexibility, breathing, and body awareness. You can join me online or in person, depending on what works best for you. What matters most is your own goals and needs. By knowing about your body and what you want to achieve, I can create a program that is right for you. My classes are gentle but challenging, always safe, and adapted to each person. The aim is to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to your body in your everyday life.

Classical Pilates is the original form of the Pilates method, developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. Rooted in principles of control, concentration, precision, and flow, it combines strength and flexibility training with mindful awareness of movement. Joseph Pilates called his system “Contrology,” emphasizing the mind-body connection and the importance of moving with intention. The style is structured, progressive, and built around a sequence of exercises performed both on the mat and specialized equipment, designed to restore balance, improve posture, and develop efficient, integrated movement patterns.

What keeps me engaged in Classical Pilates is the method’s deep logic, its understanding of body mechanics, and the constant challenge it presents.
As a teacher, my goal is to communicate complex movement systems in a clear and accessible way, adapting the method to fit each individual body, while keeping the spirit of discovery alive.
